Considering starting a group practice? Let’s build it right here. Establishing a group therapy practice is an exciting path towards more autonomy, influence, and financial success; but, without a suitable strategy, one may experience fast overload. Starting my group practice during the pandemic, I faced difficult questions: How can I find and keep outstanding doctors? Where can I get enough customers to allow for a growing practice?
